Spanish Wills

It is important that property purchasers make a Spanish will, even if you have already made a British will. For the small cost of making a Spanish will your assets within Spain will be respected as you wish for your peace of mind, thus avoiding overseas lawyers or the Spanish government unnecessarily receiving large amounts of your assets. We can introduce furniture suppliers who will supply full packages from the “mop and bucket” through to the coordinated lounge / bedroom suites withWingate School matching curtains, lamps and pictures to suit every budget. Any trades people we recommend such as builders, electricians, plumbers, etc. have been personally used by our members of staff who can testify to their standards and reasonable costs.

We can offer clients where necessary, the services of our property rentals department, which has offices in the UK and in Tenerife to take bookings for both short and long-term lets which also includes a full management service.

Schools

Tenerife provides Spanish state educational facilities for residents, which is complemented with additional British, German and Spanish private schools requiring fees. There are four British schools in Tenerife, the main one in the South is Wingate School, which has been established for nearly 25 years. Wingate School caters for children age between 3-18 years old and has been a recognised centre for the University of Cambridge examinations since 1988, there are over 400 pupils and the school has been inspected by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate and is an officially recognised British school.
