Terms and conditions for viewing property.

• Offer is based on 2 people sharing standard 3 star accommodation using standard class flights.
• 4 & 5 star accommodation is available at extra cost direct by the purchasers.
• 800€ euros is the maximum budget amount to be refunded to purchasers with this offer.
• We will refund the total amount of the inspection trip (up to a maximum amount of 800€ euros)
• The refund of the inspection visit (up to a maximum of 800€ euros) will be made on receipt of cleared funds for the full 10% deposit to purchase being received into our bank account.
• The inspection trip offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available through Crossley Morfitt & Lennox.
• Inspection visit duration is normally between 4- 7days.
• The inspection visit includes flights and accommodation for 2 people up to a maximum 800€ budget. Meals and transfer costs are not included.
