Although Chayofa is a quiet and tranquil place there are plenty of tourist attraction's close by to keep you entertained. In fact just outside Chayofa itself is one of South Tenerife’s most exciting attractions which is known by several pseudonyms: The Eagle Park, Las Aguilas Del Teide or The Jungle Park. This park looks towards the mountainside of Teide and out over the sea and it is home to a whole host of flora and fauna. This park is more than just an attractive zoo, it has several other attractions too, including a jungle trail for the kids to play on, shops and restaurants, but by far the most popular part of the park are the shows, in particular the Eagle Display. The whole area is designed to give the visitor the feel of the jungle - trees alive with parrots and other unusual birds. There are also many other animal enclosures with animals varying from pygmy hippos to white tigers!!

Chayofa also boasts Clarets. This is one of the oldest restaurants in the south of Tenerife. Originally the building belonged to a banana and tomato plantation before the development of the village of Chayofa, so it is quite unique to the area. Clarets prides itself on its quality of food and service and is now recognised as one of the best restaurants in Tenerife.
