A Place in the sun with Channel 4 . . .

"How can they be wrong?"

Recently (in March 2005) the popular channel 4 TV program, "A PLACE IN THE SUN" filmed in Tenerife with prospective clients, Arthur & Annette Williams from York.

Crossley Morfitt & Lennox were asked to assist in locating suitable properties available for sale to match Arthur & Annete´s requirements and budget

Two of Crossley Morfitt & Lennox´s properties were selected in making the programme, one was a 200 year old Canarian property in the rural Spanish village of San Miguel, which had been beautifully reformed by the current British owners.

The second property was a more modern 3 bedroom townhouse located on a complex in the coastal resort of Callao Salvaje.

This property enjoyed facilities of a communal swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym for the residents of the 39 dwellings that make up the complex.
