Living level

The main entrance gate to the property opens to stairs, at the bottom of which there is a decorative porch area, and adjacent terrace and garden area.

The main entrance door to the property opens onto a hallway which provides access to the lounge, kitchen and stairway. The large, spacious and bright lounge has a feature fireplace, with state of the art Bluetooth TV mounted above, patio doors and numerous windows including a floor to ceiling corner window, which captures the sea views beautifully. Accessed via patio doors, the wrap around balcony and terraces provide a variety of seating / dining areas to choose from, and a perfect location from where the coast and mountain views can be enjoyed.

The kitchen is completely separate and contains modern white high gloss and stainless steel effect units, with high quality silestone seamless worktops and splash back. Bosch appliances include fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extractor, induction hob and fan assisted oven, all fully integrated. The kitchen also has access to the balcony terrace via patio doors.

Lower level

Cinema room with full surround sound system, projector and automated cinema projector screen. Fully furnished with various wall and base units, fully carpeted, and spotlight features.

Store-cupboard with ample storage space, housing a very generous boiler which serves the main section of the house. There is also a built in safe.

There is a guest WC on this level.

There is also an internal utility room with 10kg capacity washing machine and bespoke fitted wall and base units with granite worktop. Patio doors providing access to the semi-open drying area for laundry, which then leads to another large storeroom which houses a large chest freezer and has ample storage capability.

From the laundry area, wrought iron gates open out onto an enclosed garden area which is laid with artificial “no mow” lawn surface, and is bordered by gardens, featuring a semi-mature flowering tree which provides natural shade and is a particularly attractive feature of this area.

The garden area has a very large store-room, and a staircase which joins the lounge balcony to the garden. There is also a gate which provides access to the terraces to the front of the property, from where the studio apartment can be accessed, down some stairs via patio doors. The studio apartment comprises lounge / dining / kitchen / bathroom with sliding fitted wardrobes and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, all fully integrated. There is also a full bathroom with shower. The studio apartment is fully connected to the TV and telephone systems in the main property, but is a separate unit.

The pool area is located down some stairs from the terrace on this level, and has a lovely kidney shaped pool which is temperature controlled. The pool area has feature rock-effect garden walls and a built in shower.

General information:

The property is fully alarmed with a system which is connected directly to a security company. It is pre-installed with UK-style satellite TV systems, but this can easily be adapted to different systems available in Tenerife. There is a fixed telephone and ADSL (wireless internet) system pre-installed. Decorative wrought iron gates and grills provide security and remote controlled shutters provide security to the master bedroom patio doors. There is a video intercom doorbell system.

Two separate areas to the sides of the property provide off road parking and are accessed via decorative wrought iron security gates, which are remote-controlled. There may be an option to cover this area if required, although we have never felt it necessary.

The garden has an irrigation system and widespread garden and terrace lighting.

Three separate boilers provide the option to heat, or not to heat water for separate sections of the property depending upon how many people are occupying the house, and also ensuring there is always sufficient hot water even when the house is fully occupied.
